“The Quantum Cartographer: Book of Cruxes” by Kristen Keenon Fisher is one of the few books that has an amalgamation of different genres and at the same time explores all of them at length. On reading the blurb. a reader would categorise the novel being in the category of science fiction but on reading the work the reader understands that there’s a lot more to it. Apart from well built characters, there is also the description of their conflict, worry and the results of their decisions on the basis of their circumstances.
The fact that the book is based in the future is an introduction to the vision of the author and if the reader reads between the lines, he will understand that the author also suggests that uman nature is always going to remain the same in any time or any year. The readers who are looking for something that has a mixture of futuristic elements and also characters that seem more universal in terms of nature should try reading this book.
